MEAT TEAM is the trade name of a group of companies with main activities in the wholesale trade, distribution, import and export of meat, fish and other various food products.

MEAT TEAM sources all types of fresh chilled and frozen beef, mutton, pork, poultry (chicken and turkey), fish products and by-products from more than 400 producers and exporters to its global customer base comprising over 1000 companies internationally, including manufacturers, importers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers.

The company buys products from the EU countries, North and South America, Asia and Australia, and sells to its main markets in Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Albania, Serbia), Ukraine, Russia and its former Republics (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan etc.), as well as to markets in the Middle East, Far East, Australia, Africa etc.

We supply products to over 800 customers in Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Serbia and Romania.
We move over 4000 tons per month with various food products - including beef, pork and poultry meat for industrial production and wholesale/retail trade, fish and other retail items.
We are cooperating with a distribution company in Bulgaria with 9 wholesale cold stores in the country's major cities and two customs bonded cold stores. The total cold-store capacity is over 6000 tons.
The distribution is executed via great number of refrigerated trucks, serving the customers on daily basis and accessing clients ranging from production plants and big supermarket centers to small retail shops.

A country with stable political and economic environment, combined with generous incentives for international business, the lowest corporate tax rate in the European Union and with a strategic location – belonging to Europe economically and politically, yet on the threshold of the important markets of the Near and Middle East, Cyprus was chosen for the headquarters of our group. The company’s heart, where ideas are born, decisions are made, challenges are accepted, trends are followed.

After many years of sourcing US product for our overseas markets, we have finally made the jump over the Atlantic and landed in Loveland, Colorado – the center of the country with the largest economy in the world. Meat Team North America manages our relations with the producers of pork, beef and poultry in North America, handles our logistics and keeps its hand on the pulse of the market.

France, as a member of the G-8, is one of the leading industrial countries in the European Union.
The company plans to increase its working possibilities both in France in the other countries members of the European Union. Our office in France is actively working with Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and the other markets our company is present at.

Our office in Ukraine strives to expand MEAT TEAM’s presence on the Ukrainian market through direct contact with clients, while offering diversified range having in mind the peculiarities of the market.
 

Our activities in Poland became a quick success from the very start in August 2004, the time our local arm Meat Team Poland Sp.z.o.o launched its operations. Based in Warsaw, the financial and business center of Poland, we also apply the hub and spoke idea in trade as we deliver fresh and frozen meat to main meat processing regions in all parts of the country. In addition to being a market with an immense potential in itself, Poland is also a current member of EU at its border. This simple fact, makes the country a gateway to lucrative markets like Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Our Romanian team is comprised of more than 30 people catering to the needs of more than 200 clients amongst which big supermarket chains, big manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers as well as small meat processors. Our activities are supported by a logistics set-up including cold stores in Constanza free trade zone and Bucharest. This ensures the country-wide distribution of the full range of products comprising our group’s product portfolio.
